The battle looks nothing like I expected. I sit before a mirror and what I see are areas needing more tilling, nutrients, and more of God to keep going. It's day four of listening to old school gospel I was raised upon, to remind myself of how powerful God is. The attack in my mind is felt physically but it really is a mental war seeking the fall of my identity that is planted in Jesus. If it can't be toppled, then the crippling of it is the secondary goal. The minions of Satan are crafty, relentless, and determined.

A path of obedience is overwhelming because of the stuff packed inside your heart. You see the door. You're excited even expectant about the door. You believe you're beyond ready to go through the door that God has prepared for you.

God tells me, "Love them Kenya." That's the command and that is what I have labored for over twenty-years to perfect doing.
Choosing to love as my Master Jesus loves the church with everything he is, holding back nothing. I have read my Bible and love stands out as the unending main theme throughout. I have sought love in man and found no fulfillment.
